I totally agree with what you said about CHOOSING a mobile phone, I'm taking your path, and just relax for awhile until I feel they have reached a specification peak and price.

So if in other countries this phone sells at $900 - $950, then here in the Philippines it will cost around Php 45,000 up!...then after a few months, the price of this phone will go down and so as new phone models will be release with better or added features than the N93...Geesh!...

there are some SE phones shoot video at 30fps but the video format is 3gp like the W900..the N93 shoot at 3 fps and its format is mp4..

Did you see the N93 games...It calls WHOS NEXT...fight game and its amazing what the phone can do...so it have seen the QUAKE to play multiplayer...whaouuuh!
SE got better games...?Nooooooooooooo sh..!

You are missing the headsets,holding bag,videocall...that is important,...you have all in the size of your hand...for me is the best...in a few days i'm going to have one...then I let you really know if it is as good as I think...regards...

And 3mp camera in this phone does't cost $750!!! (lets say that everage cell, phone price is $200, so then it means that Nokia charges $750 for camera in this phone).
REASONS WHY THIS CAMERA is not even worth of $150
-Lens are too small
-Lens located on a side of the camera
-Already visibly from the phone photos, the camera has absolutely no basic manual control
(just like n90)
-Optical zoom is internal and cannot be trusted, just like on Sony's T-series digital cameras!
-Carl Zeiss lens for Nokia , probably made in China
-Absolutle no basic cameras features such as:
Shuter speed control, and ISO setting
I'M NOT BLAMING NOKIS for not putting all those camera features, but without them phone cannot be overpriced!!!!
3mp Sensor (especially if made by Nokia) costs almost nothing!

I will admit, that 30 frames per second video is the best part of this phone!
-Maybe this phone will be fast unlike 6260 and n90.
-Maybe it will have excellent menu navigation (like 6170) and normal sound quality
BUT IN THE END:
$950 for a phone????

Simply the BEST.And if you can't afford it try N90 or N80.To be honest k800 is also a top phone.The decision is yours.

You can buy the phone in aluminium grey/white or pearl black. They have made it in 2 colours. The hinge is quite stable. It is all made really solid and stable so it doesn't twist when you're speaking to someone.

Ok you have to admit that the features are pretty good but it isnt just a little too big... its a LOTTLE too big! it is a good phone but also recently when the nokia 6131 came out, nokia gave it a 16 million colour screen and this one only has 256,000. its alot but photos could look as stunning on your phone as they do on your computer. The front screen should have been bigger and i wish it was silver or white instead of black but i think that they should have bothered doing optical zoom. phones are getting smaaler not bigger. and besides what are digital cameras if you have this phone and it must be uncomfortable to talk on because the screen would be twisting all the time.

wow.. d forum here is much more exciting! aheheeh.. didnt know ders a feud goin on.. im a fan of SE w710 and cant wait to get it! i have used a lot of nokia fones before and they are really reliable. it's just that these days nokia has been releasing fones every now and then where one feature wud be missing from the other one or cram all the features into one and have a huge one. which is like the n93... i must admit, it has very good specs but when it comes down to size, it can be a bit bulky for me.. if they trim this down a bit... i might think about getting it too! but hey, they'll probably release a slimmer fone wid features like this in a few months time... until then.. i luv my SE w800 atm! ahahaehehehe....

I'm from the Philippines, and I saw the N93 at gateway mall last july 28 at the Nokia outlet near the movie house. It's in a glass cabinet with all the new releases. It's just a dummy phone though, yet you can actually see how big it is. Rumour has it that it will sell at around Php 40,000 - 43,000 but the guys at Nokia there couldn't disclose the amount yet.
