at least nokia and xiaomi acknowledged and fixed it as fast as they could . nokia extended warranty period of phones with weak type c port.

Regarding moto's ui - you CAN disable everything google related. Via uninstall/disable apps in the menu. No adb etc required.

I've m... morewell actually you were partial to moto . and said whatever you learned from specsheet without any in depth research . the making cost of x30 is radically high for following reason
-it has camera sensor same as samsung s21 called isocell jn1 . it costs hefty stack to buy that sensor (moto prolly has some cheap hynix)
-nokia x30 has aluminum body . which costs more compared to plastic used in g73
- it has gorilla glass victus
-it has qcom aptx which require standalone physical hardware hence adds to cost .
- x30 comes with ip67 waterproofing. (search how much more it costs to get that rating )
-it has an expensive 90hz amoled panel
- spends more money on R&D to provide updates for you
- has high endurance battery of 800 cycles
so i think yeah you were a bit partial . from what i can tell you just compare the soc, display. but didn't consider which things on a specsheet that seem insignificant but actually cost big money . like aluminum body , victus and ip67 rating for example . most people just overlook it without any idea that they cost shit ton of money . i think x30 price is justified (only like 50dollar higher than what I'm willing to pay for it) .
and no you can't turn off battery hog google play service on moto phones nor can you uninstall crucial google app like chrome and gdrive from moto phones. (it might be possible in china though)
ps- i don not care about environment friendly crap . i think it is overrated. but it costs extra money .

All those pros of the X30 you've mentioned are valid no doubt - but in the grand scheme of things, they're inconsequential in terms of the actual user experience (gaming/media consumption etc).
I think some of you HMD fanboys forget that in the past, HMD had to publicly acknowledge charging port faults, and data breaches.
So much for "build" quality, and "Security".
The only other company I'm aware of, that had to publicly answer to data leakage claims, was Xiaomi - there you go, and need I say more? 🤣😂
Btw - I wouldn't go near a Xiaomi device even if it was free.

But I do own/have access to a Nokia G60, Moto G62, Realme 9 pro, Nord ce2 Lite etc - among a few others.

If you're one of those people that doesn't have a reaction to PWM, then good for you. But many others do, therefore LCD is preferable to them. 😉
Nonetheless, it's good for consumers to have a choice.

Amoled is just better then lcd,why u think every flagship has amoled.
Wifi 6 your moto doesnt have it.
Build quality its simply no comparison
The camera has no ois that sucks in low light so bad!
No ip67
No Gorilla Glass
Btw look how cheap that underchin on the g73 looks

in my opinion phones shouldn't made with predetermined outcome . like whn you said that phone has 5000mah battery! this one less and in odd number . phone shouldn't be built around battery, a good manufacturer does its best engineering and then whatever space is left they fill it with battery . so a good phone wont be saluting to anticipated spec goals . it will have weird numbers (like 4300mah battery instead of 5000mah convention) and it'll be a weird and expect people to break away from the stigma of "what should be" and encourage people to "what can be" .
like .. take moto for example . the new g53 has 720p panel . common people perception is big money means big resolution. but it (moto) encourage curiosity why a low res panel? that in my opinion is crucial tendecy every manufacturer should carry . have their way at doing things rather licking stupid people's bA115 so they can earn money

I've merely pointed out the reasons in favor of the g73 - which there are many (over the x30)
