So it means you're good for another couple of years. Nokia phones are made to last longer than the majority of other brands so enjoy your phone for some extra years.

Will this phone get 3 OS upgrades like the new Nokia line up or 2? I know it's at least getting 3 years of security patches. My phone works great with android 12 so I can at least expect android 13 too for this phone.

android 12 works flawlessly and the battery life got a little better, at least that's my feeling

Good phone a bit heavy but you get used to it. Go for the Microsoft Launcher is works great and the daily changing wallpapers are very nice.

What is LCD screen width of this phone ?
Phone width is 81.5mm, but since it has wide bezels it's not easy to guess..

N808S, 24 Jul 2022I’m a fan of Nokia phones I’ve had a lot of their phones. I... moreIt's a very good phone, XR20 is among the best of Nokia's latest handsets. I also want to buy a Nokia because I am a bit sick and tired of my Huawei Mate, it's lagging GMS and I always have to find a workaround. I can't help it being so stubborn to keep up with Huawei but I finally saw the light, Nokia is so much better. Go for the XR20 or even wait for the next X series, a new rugged phone might be coming soon.

It's a good idea to go to a retail store to see and feel the phone in your hands, so you can experience whether it's something you like or no. Unfortunately in this day and age with huge phones, the ones that are actually designed to be rugged are even bigger.

The phone maker HMG Global simply licensed the name and they design and make the phones and pay Nokia a license fee to use the name. Finland hasn't had anything to do with the phones since they ended the phone division.
Outside of that, Nokia phones are junk and HMG is failing pretty bad when one sees the Nokia 9 update fiasco. It would be silly to buy anything but a low-end Nokia that one doesn't mind losing or breaking.

I am happy to inform you that the faulty charger has finally been replaced with a new one and I have collected it from the service centre in Mumbai on the 1st of this month.
