hey Dan or anybody who has used this phone does it freeze like hell like the o2 x1 (there are loads of bad comments about it and the problems that there is all over the phone) ? so does it switch itself off or does the screen go white and not turn on again ? i hope the o2 x3 is nothing like this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

I heard you need a special adaptor thing to transfer mp3s.... how much does one of these cost? if anyone knows, please help! :)

Well mine were deliveredyesterday, and I still don't have that e-mail.
Go to http://mobile-review.com/forum2/ for photo samples from X3, please if you can prove my phone to be faulty then please do. The pictures are awful, worse than a VGA camera.

Just checked my order on the site and it says it was sent out his morning, still no e-mail though but ok as long as I get the phone.

Read the previous post.
You need a card reader and a mini sd to sd adaptor to transfer MP3 files.
It may also work thro IR but I don't have an IR port on my PC

Got the phone yesterday. I've never used an MP3 Player before and not quite sure how you get mp3 files from PC to the phone
The Book says I need can get the things I need from an 02 shop. If anyone has managed to get the MP3 files from PC to phone can you please tell me what you did to do this.

Mini SD adapters £5 from Expansys.
And everyone please not a 6-1 card reader from E-bay will not work with a mini sd card unless you buy a mini Sd to SD convertor card. (These come free from various shops when you buy a mini sd.)
Or £20 for a 64MB card plus adapter free.

with the USB you can swap images from and to the computer. you cancreate your own midi ringtone. your meant to be able to put your video clips on to the computer but i cant seem to figure it out yet. you can bring midi files you have on the computer to your phone.
the main thing i want to do is use the mp3 player but you need that adapter thing and i don't know how much that costs

On the mp3 front, There seems to be loads of cheap sd readers on ebay, but does anybody know if they are the right ones for this phones sd card + adapter??

Ok, now I have a weird thing in my order history for the order line status.
Next to where it says MMS provisioned pre-pay SIM, O2 X3 and New o2 online pre pay welcome letter it says status "Provisioning Failed"... what does that mean? Anyone else got that?

iordered a pay as you go o2 x3 which is locked only 2 02 does any1 no if u can use other o2 sim cards or do u have 2 use the 1 that is given with the fone??

i ordered my phone wed 25th and it still hasnt came i havent got a confirmation email or nothin i emailed india and they said its been canceled but i dunno if when its in stock again or whatever theyll send me a phone im phonin o2 in dundee on thursday to c if they have n e in stock in the shop

They've been a bit slow with other phones too. My brother upgraded to a K700 a week ago. He phoned them on the Saturday, but had to wait til Tuesday for the confirmation email and order number. Then he received the phone on the Friday.
So I think I'll wait until tomorrow for my confirmation email - but if I still don't get it I'll ring them up.

They assured me that my order was in hand and i suppose i have to give them a couple of days to sort it. After that its no more mister nice guy!!

Cheers dave, i am gonna wait 4 a few days then, it might come 2moro. I was begining to think that maybe it is on its way and they just mucked up the confirmation thing anyway. If it dont come by friday they're gonna get a "rocket" from me 2 lol!!!
