Well I ordered mine on Weds and Thurs.
2 have been delivered and I still don't have the acknowledgment of order.
They are in a mess.
Phone them, e-mail them and threaten them and they'll sort it out!

Did they give you a reason why you haven't received a confirmation email yet? I also placed an upgrade order over the phone on thursday. As i hadn't had any email confirmation i chased it up on monday and was told that phone orders were being written down and passed to another department. If you haven't already done so i would suggest you give them a ring on the upgrade number and see what story they give you. It would be interesting to see if they are consistent.

I ordered one on upgrade on Saturday. No confirmation email yet and no order details on My Account. They said I'd have to wait until this Friday or next Monday for delivery because of high demand.

In that case call that number and get them to chase it, they can't take the money out unless the order is being processed.
I ordered one of mine on Weds, and two on Thurs.
I have received the Weds phone and the Thurs internet one, but not Thursday telephone order.

Anyone who ordered theirs from o2 online on wednesday 25th got theirs yet? Cant believe that ppl who ordered it after me have already got it! Must be that o2 have cocked my order up.

The tracking you are on about is for DHL/Securicor and you can only use that when you have the parcel number from O2, (which is sent in an e-mail on despatch from O2.) If there is nothing on the O2 site about you having a mobile number yet then the order is in process....... or hasn't been placed correctly...... (O2's fault probably.)
Go onto www.howardforums.com under O2, then posting for not getting fleeced phoning O2 customer service and phone the 01349 number or whatever it is...... gets you in the back door for customer service..... use your order number and find out where it is.

Thanks 4 that but when i do that under mobile number it just sez null. I have also read through the confirmation that you can print off when you make the order (not the emailed one) and there is a link for online tracking. I did not click this when i made the order, does this enable somthing as i did not click this once i had made my order. This does not explain however why i have not yet recieved a confirmation email. The money has been taken out of my account and o2 customer service sez that the order exists!

Phone online sales, they will tell you if it's in stock. Ignore the order status, they said mine was out of stock when it was actually in stock!

On the order progress page there's a link at the bottom Order Line Status and that where it says Out Of Stock for me.

Could anyone who receives their x3 from o2 please post how long it has taken for them from the time they place the order to delivery. If everyone does this it will give the rest of us some idea of how long we can expect to wait. Thanks.

Dan, that is truely bizzarre.
May have to try and play with it when mine finally turns up!! That seems a major mistake to miss that out. (Mind you , O2 are promoting the O2 active music download system........ maybe this is to encourage you to do it that way?
Can you put other things onto the Mini SD via the USB? Or get things off, like Photo's?
Will the IR transfer MP3 through to the memory card?
As for O2 online orders, I have had 2 or maybe 3 sent to me so far, all are with Securicor as of Friday afternoon, so they should arrive today, (as I don't live in the middle of no-where,) will let you know when they arrive!
If you have a photo taken from your phone will you mail me one so I can post them on a website?

Hey, yeah you can record for as long as you want as long as there is room on the moemory card. You have to get the setting right first tho as i found out! It kept stoping on about 10 seconds and couldnt work out why but i had it on the mms setting!!!
The USB cable is for the Phone Managing software you get with the phone. Basically you can tranfer images, calander notes, messages, ring tones, games, and phone book entries via this software. It connects to your phone via the usb cable. When i tried to send an mp3 via the cable, it said something about the extension name wasnt accessable, so i read the manual and it says you need an mini sd adapter and a sd reader to put mp3's on the phone and to get video's off!
