Craig, its the same old x3 story. sadly. you have to get a card reader to be able to get the videos off of the phone. you can't (for some reason) use the software provided to do this, and it would be amazingly slow, as CIF quality MP4 movies take ages to download over the serial cable. I recommend ebuyer if you want to get a new card also, but if you want to get an adaptor on its own, look around, mate.

Nick, can you help me out with this: I have taken a video in .cif format, which is the extended high quality format. It has saved on the Mini SD card and plays correctly on the phone.
The problem is that the Handset Manager software can't 'see it' when I connect the phone up to my computer. Images work and transfer to computer fine, but all videos including different format videos do not appear.
Any ideas?

Scott, for what its worth , I would recommend getting a new card from ebuyer and you get a free adaptor. I managed to get a card + adaptor + reader fro £18-£20. So far I have 76 songs in my playlist, plus enough space for 170 megapixel shots @ 200kb...

ive got an X3 and i just wanted to no where u can buy a miniSD adapter frm i tried all O2 shops on oxford street and none of them have it

i recommend www.mobymemory.com for memory cards, they have a large selection of mini-sd cards and others, along with card readers too for all sizes but i think they only sell in the UK

had my phone back being sent off by o2 just over a week now and already its started turning itself off when it feels like it. nick any idea if the battery theory of yours could possibly help thanks

Had Phone 4 days now and thanks to readin your comments i found it easy to use and a very good phone.
BUT
I must have 300 games mainly nokia but dont seem to be able to get them workin have copyied to my java folder then installed on phone but they keep comin up application error anybody tell me which are compatible

latest software version (from email by an o2 techy) is E05-1.22.01, I asked if they were in the process of updating it and was told to contact the sales team?!

Actually, if you go to www.mymemory.co.uk you can find miniSD cards a bit cheaper... They've also got a mp3 player that takes SD cards for under 20 quid! I highly recommend it

go to www.uk927.com/o2-x4.htm then look to your left and there is alist,press on o2 and alist of o2 fones comes up and there is the picky of the x4.ive tried it twice this time and the picky is there and yes somehow that picture does not load now,sorry brynn

Hmm... had a look at "http://www.uk927.com/o2-x4.htm" but its oh-so convenient that the image wont load? lol
O2 3G will not be PAYG until next year, and the 3G signal will cover around 23% of the UK. Worth it? I don't think so myself.
other than that it sounds exactly the same as the x3...?
