Can anyone tell me how to download video footage onto my x3.Got the mp3's sussed and they're very good.Well happy with the phone,contrary to some other peoples views!

damn, that's annoyin...i also have the same problem with the ringtones. it lets me change it yet when someone rings me it stays on melody 1.

Hiya, sounds like a stupid question but does anyone know how to change the message tone on the o2 x3 as mine sounds like a doorbell ringing everytime i get a txt message. i've read the user manual but it doesnt say anything about changing them. thanks

contacted o2 and they're sending a replacement handset. I don't want another X3, I have been put off by all the problems. If the new one works though, I will eat my hat...

I am taking mine back as it has numerous bugs. It won't charge, it randomly restarts, and it cuts out during phone calls. I could live with it if there was nothing wrong with phone calls, but imho its crap. Some people may like it, but I don't.
Could anyone recommend a phone that takes miniSD cards, I havent seen any others apart from this one and I don't want another one of these (although they'll probably just give me another one :( )

Thats very starnge, coco. Mine works fine... Have you tried going into an o2 shop and asking about it? :S.
Anyway, its nice to see people appreciate people who use and like the x3, unlike many of the people on this forum!

Thanks nick - but i've already tried that -the phone say's it's changed but when when I ring it - it's back to melody 1 !! - the only work a round is to assign a new ringtone to each contact in the phone book. It looks like melody 1 is the default for numbers not stored in the phones memory

Coco, go to ringtones, then change it by selecting which one, then pressing Option. then Set As Ring...
Simple as that!

Still trying to change the ringtone - can not get anything but melody 1 - the phone lets me change it - but when I ring it, it reverts back to melody 1 - I've gone in via the profil/ringtone menu - am I doing somethin wrong ??
