Does anyone know why when i try to download videos from a wap site I always get a message saying document size too large for available memory, even when I deleted all the videos i had stored on my phone.

Some MPEG4 files will only play sound and white screen. Nothing you can do about that. Just the phone wont play it. I have had a quite a few MPEG4 videos on my X3 but quite a few just had the white screen as well

Not had any of the problems you all mention. mms works fine, picture quality is good. only thing is I cant seem to infra red pictures FROM my phone to my PC. Its easy to do with pics/ ringtones the other way though.

SD cards. I have had 3 now (2x 128mb and 1x 32mb) and each time I cannot transfer files, picture images fail, video does not transfer. Tried to put on SD card MP3s and would not allow this. Scanned my computer card reader and it stated the SD card was corrupted yet it was supposed to be brand new. Tried my mates SD card 32mb and it transferred MP3s no problem. Looks just like the phone the SD cards are pot luck as well. Going to take my SD back tommorrow and try a fourth bloody card. Not impressed and i am getting sick of going back to the O2 shop with the same problem. Has anyone else experienced these problems with SD cards or have i been extremely unlucky?

i got the video working as well, i had to convert the avi's into 3GPP format. I just put afew simpson episodes on it to watch in work tommorrow :D

well they replaced it no hesitation. i have the mp3 player working.
Is it possible to put videos on the SD card then play them on the phone? I have converted a clip to mp4, put it on the card but when I go to play it I get a white screen and the sound plays. but no dam picture!
any ideas?

well guys, the man in the shop replaced my phone with no problems. My new phone is working fine so far (touch wood). I have the mp3 player working as well :). it is really good quality as well. One thing I was wondering.. is it possible to upload videos and play them on the phone. I have converted a clip into mp4, put it on the SD card but when I go to play it, I get a white screen and just the sound can be heard, any ideas?

i have installed the handset manager but i cant get my phone 2 connect to my pc, does any 1 no how to make it connect. please post or email asap

My MMS is perfectly fine.
I haven't had any problems since I got my new phone. I seem to be alone in this though.

o2 dont seem to care. All they say in the store is "why not try another handset". You would think they would want to see why the customer has had to have 10 handsts and why they keep getting the same problem.

Well.... I got this phone on my contract upgrade, in the middle of November and it has already been returned. The phone kept turning itself off after I made phone calls, the vibrate alert kept going when I received text messgages, and it should only vibrate once, Camera was very blurry, and video was slow and not long enough! Until reading this page, I thought I had received a faulty phone, but obviosuly the X3 is just not upto the standard of he 02 advert!

Seriously o2 should be ashamed when people are on their 10th phone... I'm dreading taking mine to the o2 shop

Andrew as long as you are still in the 28 day period they will accept the phone back.
I got my 10th phone on Saturday and MMS stopped working today. I might just get my money back now. It seems to happen everytime and no solution looks apparent.

Just a quick one: I took this picture of my grumpy mate today. 1.3MP resolution.
He was moving a bit and I don't have steady hands - I think the result is not too bad though.

hmm. got this phone today. tried to send a bus card to it and it now wont turn on when a sim card is in it :/ . also i accidently peeled off that "warrenty" sticker covering one of the screws, allthough i have not opened it do u think they will still accept it back ?
seems abit stupid as there is no warning saying it voids warrenty and just looks like something to protect the SD card holder.
