i have the o2 x3 and when i 1st bought it the battery was only lasting half a day, i was well pissed off, but then i realised u have to have the lgiht on the front on automatic time out and the battery now lasts like 3 days, and aswell, when my txt inbox is full i get no warning, but if sumone txtxs me while its full it beeps and thats it, no txt??!! u shud get a warning surely?! the ring tones r a bit crappy, we will bloody rock u, ok then, im 17, not 45, i paid £199.99 and i DONT think its worth it to be honest, the flash on the camera is crap, and when its in my pocket at work , its keeps taking pics cus of the buttons on the buttons on the side, :@

hey i want 2 buy one of these phones, the x3 is amazing and just what am lookin 4, but its a tad 2 expensive, im lookin 4 a shop that does tehm cheaper that £199.99 as the 02 site says, i hav got it down 2 around £179.99 but i need it lower! does any 1 hav any surgestions about where i can try? i hav tried the link 02 and carphone wware house, oh and phone4u and they've all bin wrong, HELP!

I have had the X3 for 2 weeks now. It's a really nice phone in my opinion, and everything has been working all fine and dandy..........apart from the MP3 situation. Now, i don't know if it's just me, but i think it's a little bit cheeky that 02 fail to inform you that you are unable to upload MP3's via the supplied USB cable. Which is pretty silly. Instead, you have to trape around the city going in every shop trying to find a card reader that actually reads mini SD cards. I only managed to find one, which cost me £30 and it doesn't even work! (The 02 shop didn't even have any!) The PC recognises the reader, but the reader doesn't recognise the card! Silly silly silly! :-) does anyone have any suggestions? This is the only piece missing in the puzzle to a brilliant phone. Anyone have a decent card reader that actually works? Make and model would be much appreciated. Anyway, had my little moan.

i'v just recieved my x3 off o2 after 3 weeks of waiting...damn people at the upgrade line have no idea wtf happens to your oder after uv placed it!newayz, i thort i would have recieved an x3 with the newer software but no such luck!i havnt havd any problems so far but im goning to go to the o2 shop 2moz newayz n c if i can get it changed for 1 with the updated software, hopefuly they got some in stock.

i bought the o2 x3 and i think its pure rubbish!! i have only had a couple of days and already it is switching itself off with a full battery. I went back to the o2 store in braehead and all they could do was give me a brand new x3! i had the o2 x2 and it froze all the time aswell, maybe o2 are just crap at making phones but good at selling them!

Was the general consensus that the 1.22 firmware improves the image quality of the camera over the 1.08 or did it make no difference?

Took my phone to O2 today, to show them the problem. Had quite a helpfull assistant who checked the card in the demo phone they have and apparently it had become corrupted, due to using a faulty adaptor for tranfering to my pc. Not sure if this is totally correct or not but i ended up with my money back for my 250 card and adaptor which i had bought (mainly for adaptor and mp3) and also got a new 32 card from the demo model in the shop. I am now without an adaptor though, i was wondering if i will have the same problem again if i get a new adapter and card.

Hey guys sorry if this has already been covered i did try and look but ive just got this phone, and ive tried to put my MP3s from windows media player onto the phone using the USB cable and the O2 X3 Handset Manager but it says all of them I cant upload to my phone...what do I need to do to get my MP3s on my phone? :) thanks -x-

I was thinking about gettin this fone, but wot the helll is with all the squares??? the whole fone seems to made from them!! And all the problems that people are having with the fone seem to make the fone seem crap
