"upgradable to android 15" means it can be updated to Android 15 now, that is not the full update support. OnePlus officially promises 4 platform updates and 5 years of security patches from the time of launch

It is promised 4 years of software updates, so should go to Android 16 at least, if not 17 if they don't play tricks with the release dates. :)
