Anonymous, 10 Feb 2023One of biggest obstacle for me is the crappy ColorOS rebran... moreI don't know, from my limited experience with ColorOS, as well as all the reviews and what a few of my friends who use Oppo phones say about it, ColorOS does seem like very nice Android skin - I haven't really noticed any hiccups or animation glitches in its UI, everything seems to run very smoothly, the setting app isn't convoluted (unlike MIUI) and I don't hear any complaints about it aggressively killing apps in the background or anything like that. If I were to buy a new phone this year, it would be probably the Find X6 Pro, although whether I will actually get one or not would all come down to the pricing.

I would still consider OnePlus if they had the proper software experience, but as it stands all they have is yet another "know it better than Google" ROM to join the plethora of other manufacturers that also thing they know it better.

        And I've read in quite a few blogs that the Snapdragon Gen 8 Gen 2 Plus will be what is already in Samsung's optimized 8 Gen 2 now.

              One of biggest obstacle for me is the crappy ColorOS rebranded as OxygenOS clearly the suits at OPPO couldn't care less about the original 1+ brand , they are here for the money.
              To be honest i did drop this on the shopping cart at my local online strore as i can get additional 100bucs off but maybe i'll wait for the nothing phone 2

                Hey ! Thank you very much for the review! Would it be possible to have more shoots with the macro mode ? I use a poco F2 pro for work like to show very tiny scratchs on engine parts. It helps a lot, may you had few shot showing how close to a subject we can be ? Like the closest to see the maximum details

                  Why the lack of expandable storage is not listed as a negative here? GSMArena seems to always list it with Samsung phone reviews.

                    Pixel phones are the true flagship killers nowadays despite lacking charger and very fast charging, for the whole package they offer for their price(great camera,software support/updates,wireless charging,ip68 etc).

                    Oneplus phones are only good months/1year later when whey drop in price a lot(10pro for 530 for example).

Not that I complain about it cause changing batteries is not pricey, but to me that under 80(on iphone, op or Samsung, idc) is still enough, while these so called garbage get full charge in less than 25 minutes. Although I myself may choose s23u because of better ecosystem, surprisingly good laptop and best wearOS watch, but op11 offers what everyone needs, nothing more, with a much more reasonable price.

                                It's 899€ in Europe for 16/256GB. And bundled with free Buds 2 Pro.
                                That bundle may justify that price. Otherwise, 799€ would be much more appropriate.

                                BTW lower single core score is due to not enabling performance mode. Prime core is underclocked by default

                                      In the end, imx709 behaves like 1/2.4" at most when it comes to light sensitivity.

                                        Pretty sure Samsung's batteries don't die in 1 year or so either to be fair.
