In Europe though it's way more expensive than the Poco F5 pro (around €250-€300 more). The Poco F5 pro is cheaper than the regular Xiaomi 13t. Basically the 13t pro is better in most areas, but especially a lot better in terms of cameras. The only two advantages for the Poco F5 pro are wireless charging (if you use it) and the screen is definitely better in terms of resolution. You can notice the screen difference if you look at them side by side. If cameras are important then definitely the 13t pro is a better choice. If they are not so important then it's a tougher choice

      I am between the 13T pro and poco f5 pro, both seem great for what they offer. I read that dimensity 9200+ is very powerful and my initial reservations are going away, however I still don't know whether the phone is a better alternative to the poco f5 pro.

          Nevertheless, all companies go for this same oversharpening effect - to differing degrees, indeed, but it is still there.

          Personally, once you get used to the subtlety of sharpening on DSLRs and mirorrless cameras, this issue on phones becomes glaringly obvious and somewhat disturbing to me personally.
          For other people, I guess it doesn't matter as much.

          Similar to the high refresh rate argument?

              Anonymous, 13 Oct 2023on par ip15 pro?? apple fan would be so mad read this😊Garbage phone. I already compared this one against Iphone 15 Pro / Max especially at night lol. Pure Xiaomi 13T/Pro is just a pure hype.

              PS: the front camera as well is garbage.

              Btw I'm galaxy s22 ultra user.

                On top of that Xiaomi is still supporting Ruzzia's invasion so you should just not buy anything from them.

It's way way cheaper though so not really a like for like comparison. 400 euro for the 12gb 256gb Poco F5 vs 650 euro for the 8gb 256gb Xiaomi 13t in Germany for example. That's 63% more. Obviously the 13t is better, especially much better for camera but price has to be considered too

My summary would be, in countries like Indonesia and other South East Asian countries this phone is a great deal. In Europe if gsmarena is right on the s23 being close in price then that would make more sense. It's kind of impossible to give an overall view of value for money as you nearly have to go through countries or at least regions one by one

I got it here in the UAE at around 480 USD and it came with free gift of Xiaomi S1 Watch worth 135 USD... Plus and minus I got the phone for around 345 USD which is a nice deal for me

                            At this price range there are phones with Snap 8+ Gen1 or even gen 2, so yeah performance isnt great.Hell even a Snap 7+ Gen2 would be a better choice.

                            Poco on F5 pro has Snap8+ gen1,which is similar priced.
                            Oneplus nord 3 has the same performance and it costs almost 50% off.

                              The 13T is defenitly a camera centered upper mid range that is still decent in Performance.

                              It defenitly has its right of existence, especially when today any lower than flagship priced phone doesn't come with a telephoto these days.

                                    Overall good phone but that SoC and battery are a bit weak for my taste.
