My phone freezes once in a while and it shuts off and on again randomly. Its starting to vibrate at randoms times. After i use it for a certain mount of time or just randomly. It vibrates once then 4 secs later it vibrates twice. How do i get rid of it?

I had been using this mobile since one year now it has started giving trouble if i switch on my mobile it will automatically switch off and restart continually.. i was trying to reach customer care but no use

I bought this phone october 2011, so less then a year. It was an amazing phone in the beginning, until texting and the internet was being used. The pros of this phone is it thin and both touch and slide. The cons :
1) low battery life: If you text often the battery will die quickly, also if you listen to music on the phone it kills the battery FAST!
2)The phone automatically shuts off on me: while im texting, trying to find a hot spot, etc.
3)Most of the time when I use the touch screen, it dont work 50% of the time, it either freezes up or just dont respond to me touching it, so i end up finding a way to do it on the keyboard.
4)When i try to call sometimes the calling dont work, for example the touch screen and keyboard wont respond to the calling section so im attempting to call someone for about 5 minutes and it finally works.
5)Usually when i turn on my phone it stays on the samsung symbol and glows for like 30 min until it turns on right.
6)wifi: It dont hook up to internet properly, it loses connection easily and takes a long time to load the page on the phone.
~ Now dont get me wrong im not hard on phones or nothing, im just using my phone to contact family, friends and sometimes facebook. I think im taking the phone back , and getting a refund or use the warranty I got on the phone sometime the week because im just disgusted with the problems and the only thing that can happen is they will get worse.

im thinking of availing this unit. and as far as the comments posted, i think buying this is not a good idea -_- .. does anybody here owns one like this? i really would like to know if this is a good catch or not.. thanks :)

I've had this phone for not even a year and it has started giving me big problems. It keeps switching off and the centre button and power key do not work. I've given for service thrice and its not fixed. I got it back after changing the motherboard one day ago and its switching off again. Please help

This phone is still available in Canada at FutureShop. I can tell you right now, with a processor that is slower and a screen resolution that is identical to the Samsung Galaxy 3 Apollo GT-I5800D ($70 at Wal-Mart Canada), your best bet would be to get a Samsung Galaxy 3 Apollo, all while having to give up the slider qwerty keyboard however. Frankly, a Samsung Galaxy Gio GT-S5660M is your best bet for screen resolution and performance all while remaining under $140 Canadian.

I inserted 4GB SD Card on this phone, and it does not read the card. I thought it can carry up to 32GB ot 2GB only? :|
