hello everyone..i'm planning on buying this phone as i am pretty much satisfied with the features of it.My question is how much is the sms inbox capacity of this phone?if its less than say 300,is there any way to increase it by flashing or any other means?please answer my queries..thank you..

hi. why when i sent my apps to sd card, after i restart my phone there is not the shortcut of apps when i go at applications menu where i see all my installed apps?

i user it for 2 week and discover some thing about battery
we should let it charging until we see the battery mark
on top left tell us 100%
we can make sure by open setting and open about phone
then open status and at Battery level should see Full not see 100 %
the second issue to increase battery life
open setting then open wireless & network settings
then open mobile networks
we should check use only 2g networks
it saves battery if we don't need the 3g option

I am already an user of this phone...I am completely satisfied with it but for the battery backup although it is not really worse..I Charge it every night so that i have 100 percent in the morning...I just wanted to know
1.if we could buy a higher capacity battery(say1500mah) to increase the battery backup..
2.Is Galaxy 551 going to get Gingerbread update?

This phone sucks big time. this is my most disastrous investment.Battery sucks. I installed winamp app yesterday.And now it plays both radio and winamp at the same time. When I get a call while listening to radio I cannot pick it. Dont take this phone

forget the batery its useless, ive been using for 3 months. i already have changed my board. now it hangs and force stops after evcry 15 20 min when i use the net.Kindly suggest what should i do. can the tech side do something.

If u disable 3G networks its ok..in idle state also battery consumption is more n continously u can talk upto 2 hrs after completion of one time full battery charging. I wont say its good r bad. its ur wish taking r not..U need extra features to download for extra usage.. So check vth any reatiler and buy a good mobile. :-)) Bye
