    What a waste of my R1500...really now Samsung? I have always been a Samsung user but this phone has proven to be so faulty...My data connection just went off for no reason I couldnt connect but only receive calls (rebooted a million times)...

    I think the more expensive a Sumsung gets the better!

At first ... moreI totally agree with your comments, everything is useless about this phone, continually tells me i have no storage left,even when i delete photos and vids, cuts me from my calls, wont let me answer my calls at times. The volume control is not loud enough, and yes the apps installed are totally useless and uses storage that could be used personally. I will be looking for a refund or an exchange. Money is too hard to come by to be ripped off. The main reason i bought it was to play my games as my previous samsung was not compatible to play games on, but was far more reliable. now i get told i dont have enough room to download my games. CRAPPIEST PHONE EVER.

            anon, 17 Apr 2016reading your comment reminds me of a customer i got today..... moreProblem is this phone is so bad nothing really worked on the one I had call did not work, sms failed, application closed when alarm, l was luck the shop made a mistake so I could return it, I have had about 12 smart phone (Samsung, HTC, Asus, LG, Sony, iMobile) and this is the only one with so many problems.

At first ... morereading your comment reminds me of a customer i got today... he was whining about everything about his new smart phone finding all kinds of problem over little things... its just really funny when i was done with him he had me feeling just like hime really like spongebob with an empty brain.. you people really need to learn your phone explore the different options available and find what that fits and stope loosing it just because of a minor matter... because its just little things you guys make into big problem utilize your playstore and find something that works

                      I am really disappointed in this Galaxy J1 phone. At first I thought it would be great because it's Samsung but nooooo, it's the complete opposite. It has a lot of issues and problems that are really frustrating and I'm just stopping myself from smashing this stupid thing against the wall.
                      It's REALLY REALLY slow, lags a lot, has many useless pre-installed apps that no one needs, the keypad won't show up, or just suddenly closes while I'm typing, apps suddenly crash, apps won't open, apps won't download or update...
                      Whenever there's a software update, I immediately update, hoping these problems will go away. But it doesn't. In fact, I see no change at all! Nothing, there's totally nothing!
                      It takes all of my willpower to keep myself from seriously smashing it or throwing it far far away.
                      I didn't even have this phone for long, I just got it a few months ago so I'm sooo mad that it's showing these problems already even if it was brand new.
                      I though at first it was only my phone acting like this, but it turns out I'm not alone. It's the actual unit that has a problem, and that seriously frustrates me.

                      Samsung, get your shit together and improve this phone. Or if you can't do that, maybe just pull it from the shelves because no one needs a shit phone like this.

                          I have this phone for 2 weeks and I must admit it's the worst phone I ever owned.So slow and constantly frozen.I can not believe that this phone is on the market at all.Not happy coustomer

                              the phone is giving problem a lot please..it can send itself massage to other contact once u are not touch it and it do it won hings most of the painful thing is when u are trying to send text it does not go

                                  It was a great phone - but now having to give up on fixing the problem that developed on it. continually in Gallery saying not enough storage - delete something etc. There is heaps of storage! I have tried all the so-called fixes for this even via my pc - but nothing actually works... very frustrating.

                                      Bought this phone in Malaysia as a replacement for a phone I broke whilst travelling. I only need it to review emails, SMS and GPS and it works fine. Most of the memory is chewed up by pre-installed garbage apps which slows it down a lot. If you only need a phone for a short term fix this is for you. If you need it for advanced or heavy use, this phone will be nothing more than a paper weight for you. At A$110, it's not worth much more than that.

                                        my phone keeps on telling me i don't have memory space when trying to make download but have more than enough space.
