Samson, 21 Oct 2015I wish I never listen to the phone staff who gave me this J... moreI've got the same problem. Incoming calls cut off.Emails don't like opening. It's got a mind of its own. I am 3 months into a two year contract. It's driving me nuts. Tesco not that helpful.

AnonD-345175, 31 Dec 2014samsung is going to turn into something worse than nokia...... moreThose who have j1 outhere, i suggest that u download power clean app to autoclean ur j1 to make it always perform and load faster and will lag anymore...jst download 2or 3 apps to save internal memory so rhat ur j1 will run smoothly.2ns option is buy J2 to eliminate all that issues that u experience on ur j1.its far better and faster than j1 coz it has quad-core processo,4G(LTE) super amoled display with higher resolution 2000mah battery same 5mp camera but it has more options and clearer pictures and videos.goodluck!!!!

AnonD-345175, 31 Dec 2014samsung is going to turn into something worse than nokia...... moreSamsung could have equiped j1even just 1gb of ram to tjis phone to make it smooth to operate loading apps pages.aside from a low ram i find this phone nice and handy to fit into my pocket.i like cute and small phones like j1 the only one lacking on this phone is ita ram 512mb.its 2015 samsung,1gb or ram is a must or least to every smartphones even low end phones.

4n sometimes reject ur patten and u tke like a min trying to put ur patten for it to accept and camera is to slow...it has to
procces pictures 4 u to take another pic

What an awful handset, seems to me Samsung have made a budget phone with a budget performance. Cuts out in mid call , and it seems that the arial must be a weak receiver as I very rearly have a strong signal on the network I'm with. tesco / O2. very slow processor,going on line or using facebook app , very frustrating, nearly thrown phone across the road in anger.Not fit for purpose !!!

Honestly its a shit phone! Slow processor even non recognized brands have better phones, its just that people trust "Samsung" and they know it too hence why they distributing such nonsense in our lives. A total rip off! I gave mine to my 12 year old son even he complains about it! Shit phone!

Phone Is Best But Only 1 Issue processor other wise phone is very very good preference like battary backup Camera quality Holl & Soll Best Phone
