4 years since the launch and in my opinion it is still a very good quality-price mobile.

This model was considered an upper-mid-ranger, and Its still very useful - better than a lot of those made in china phone where they have embedded spyware - that is why they are mostly banned for sale and use in the US.

Currently at Android 13-OneUI 5.1, it still would get another year of security quarterly updates till Jan.2025 .

David 040882, 01 Feb 2024Nah, wouldn't say soYou are not a Samsung official, so you can't confirm anything about it officially. You are giving just your opinion and I am mine. And I think this phone's camera island is okayish beautiful to me, far beautiful classically than Chinese models.

Prashant, 01 Feb 2024It is far far beautiful than most of the Chinese phones.Nah, wouldn't say so

Wil... moreI recommend to stay away from Samsung Galaxy phone - due to global un-reosolve green-lines on AMOLED display S-series owners going through. It happens right after the standard warranty elapse and after the monthly OS updates - Believe me, I am one of them on both my Galaxy phones.

There are better brands out there like OnePlus, SONY, Motorola - these brands have not practice this deceptive business scam of not correcting the quality defect of thier Galaxy phones in regards to the display issues since 2021.

Received November security update in India.

Got another patch update earlier today - Its a bit of a surprise, from last month - 183MB in size , Nov.1 security patch level.

Got big update 1.3GB, not sure what new, cannot see different

Earlier today, am a bit astonish to see my Note10L receiving a BIG OS update. It's still on ver.13 but now One UI ver. 5.1.1., size = 1353.9 MB, security patch level: Sept,1,2023.

It has this doc link but only shows back in June ..... I read somewhere that this big patch update is a pre-req for the next OS update to 14, One UI 6.0 - let's hope so.

                                      https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-N770F/MID/doc.html

Used to be my first samsung in this decade after using the Mi A2 lite and before then the LG G3... Then I switched to Z flip 3 (which later made me disappointed... ) , then to S20 FE 5G and now I use the A34. I gave this phone (the note 10 lite) to my twin sister because her S8+ was severely damaged.
                                        Pros:
                                        - OK Battery size (4.5k MAH)
                                        - Stylus built in
                                        - Full OneUI
                                        - Headphone Jack, SDcard slot
                                        - Good storage (128gb) with good amount of ram (6 or 8)
                                        - Infinity O display, super amoled with always on display
                                        - Fast 25w charging
                                        Cons:
                                        - Inefficient, old Processor (and thats possibly why its battery life is non-average compared to other ones with the same battery MAH but with different proccessors, such the S20 FE 5G, not to mention it also has to charge its in built stylus)
                                        - Has reached its end of support (One UI 5.1 was its final system upgrade, it qualified back then for 3 OS upgrades)
                                        - Mono speaker, no stereo setup available
                                        - Some flagship features are missing (As such DEX mode)
I recommend getting other phone with more efficient processor such the S20 FE 5G or the A34 if you are in a budget, but if you dont mind the processor, this phone is likely for you
