Anonymous, 08 Dec 2020Is galaxy note 9 a gold buy for going into 2021? Im thinkin... moreI'm getting all these 3 at nearly same price points in Bangladesh. still I guess I'll go for X3 considering that it has a good overall performance because I'm a vlogger and I need to shoot and edit my videos in a smartphone..Well Note 8 can do the shooting and editing part better but actually It's small battery is a shortcoming in my vlogging part..
I hope my opinion helps you.❤️💜

Anonymous, 08 Dec 2020Is galaxy note 9 a gold buy for going into 2021? Im thinkin... moreNope. You rather go for something g newer as the GPU has aged now and has major stutters in quite a few major names. Im using the 512/8GB variant but still. I'd suggest you rather go for note 10+ if you really want a note to go in into 2021

Anonymous, 08 Dec 2020Is galaxy note 9 a gold buy for going into 2021? Im thinkin... moreon casual gaming, i believe that in can be of good use. and compared to note 9s and poco x3 it comes with s pen which can be really useful on office tasks and i myself enjoy using s pen for drawing and stuff, passing time xD. note 9 happens to have higher antutu than the other 2 but poco got a huge battery.
im after a new phone too and im thinking of note 9 plus, note 10 lite, and k20 pro.

Been a week after I updated to November Update OneUI 2.5. No issues so far. Ofcourse did a factory reset after the software update to avoid conflicts between apps/files etc. Camera has superb quality now and I love it. I can even use the Keys Cafe to add effects to my keyboard since the app requires OneUI 2.5 to work

Updated my Note 9 to the November patch, with One UI 2.5, and have no issues. Display has never been a problem, battery life seems better, and performance is just as fluid as it always has been. Ram management I don't think has gotten better since 8.1 Oreo, however it's not bad either.

kamesh, 25 Nov 2020Why is that.how update can damge thw phone diaplaythe update will cause bugs on the display, It will start with heating problem then display problem. Mine got discoloration because of the proximity sensor. Whenever I try to call if the screen turns off and turns on again quickly sometimes you will get discoloaration. Then it will come back to normal again. I have that issue and suddenly display died on me. Totally discolored. The blacks are not black, this is what happend to me. The pixels are still on with black colors. Update is the culprit. It silently distroyed the display without u knowing.

BTW, I forgot to mention. Those with screen discoloration issues. Have you tried TURNING OFF the color adjustment setting? Just navigate to Settings>Accessibility>Visibility Enhancement>Color Adjustment or just search it in settings. And also switch to FHD+ Screen Resolution. Don't use WQHD+. Lock your phone and let it cool for a couple of minutes (Turn off all data/wifi/bluetooth connections and close all apps in recent app menu for faster cooling) after applying those settings. Please let me know if this works.

Do not update your phone to Android 10 if u own a note 9 device with a lower version of android. Otherwise u will end up on the same boat as the previous note 9 users who guy screen damage because of the update. 2 years is very short life span for a amoled display. I have my s7 edge still alive and kicking. Why a newer device suffer such damage on screen prematurely. Again Do not update to android 10. It will only last for few months for sure if u update.
