In my opinion this is the best Phone ever released by Samsung as it had excellent battery life,a headphone jack,S pen,IRIS scanner,good performance,and a rear fingerprint scanner.
Its only downside is Bixbie button.

but my note9 work solid and fine...
i complain only that bixby,its should can remove if owner want...come samsung..

You have a great set of options to control your device. Unfortunately due to apple running the ios operating system it doesnt allow the user any control over your hardware or software or developer options. The one thing apple does have is sand boxed apps which is good for virus protection but the downside is no scheduled messaging or apps working together. But there are pros and cons to both devices. I prefer the complete control over the device's hardware and software though so I stick with android specifically Samsung also.

Craddan, 10 Mar 2020Am using Sm-n960u unlocked Verizon am stucked at July updat... moreInsert a micro SD card into your device and download the zip file onto your SD card and boot your phone into recovery mode by pressing the volume up, power and Bixby button while phone is off. Hold them for a few seconds after device turns on and let go. It will boot into recovery, from there use volume buttons to scroll to apply update using external storage. It will automatically apply the update. But as a recommendation I would back up your device through google just incase your data gets erased. Most Samsung devices are set up to automatically back up using your Gmail but check just incase.

I am using Exynos 9810 version of Note 9 which is running Android 10, UI 2 I still cannot play 1440p videos on YouTube I tried everything changing the display Resolution cleared the YouTube cache no luck please let me know if I am missing something thanks in advance

Battery life after Android 10 update is very good,after all day from 7:00am till 23:00 i have always 35-40%. Phone is Exynos version. UI is smuth.

I have rooted Note 9 with pie rom almost stock the best phone no matter what people say , i use this phone on Tmobile Usa,the only thing i'm missing is carrier aggregation

Samsung Galaxy No... moreBoth battery lifes are almost the same, not a big difference , it all depend on your usage, iphone use less battery on stand by compared to andriod but in usage both noe 9 and xs max are the same,
I have note 9 and my wife has xs max so I can tell you a real life battery comparison
