Omar, 12 Apr 2022I bought this phone 2 days back, and I'm suffering fro... moreYes, this phone has that problem because of the Exynos chip, I had it for 1 year and 3 months and I exchange it for a S22+ and I don't regret the change. S22+ is better in battery than this one.

I bought this phone 2 days back, and I'm suffering from a heavy battery drainage issue. I have closed all the notifications and also activate the power saving option, still, when my battery is full 100%, it starts to reduce the frequency to 90% within a few mins. I didn't play games. Also, I have updated to the latest software version. Can anyone have the same issue? or my new phone has a battery drainage issue. Please need your opinion.

I read a lot of reviews about the battery, people if you think the S20 Fe is the best phone in the world you are wrong, but this one is great in other respects. The fact that it is an S series speaks enough about the quality of the phone

been a week bought this phone, eveything great.. but i wish there a 3.5mm jack, since i dont have a converter.. overall its awesome

The update from 1st march 2022. does any one have any problems with it? it mentions imporved night portraits, is it really improved? adding portrait effects, all gallery related tools, and other updates. is the battery health good? and about the performance

Very disappointed with the phone. The lack of a headphone jack and the fact that I had to purchase headphones for it was frustrating. It didn't come with a set for the phone or a headphone adapter. I listen to music alot to calm my anxiety. The fact that I paid 1000$+ for this phone is ridiculous. And it's supposed to be more "cost efficient." My old phone was better than this.

Wonderful phone. Great price point at the time of purchase. No issues, camera is easy to use pictures crisp.

I have the Snapdragon variant and it's doing great and nice performances overall, I would recommend this phone. The down side thing is if you have the 4G model the internet and calls are not so clear and good pretty weak signal. For casual gaming it's butter smooth you can cap 60fps on a lot of games and not heat so hard. On mine I have idk about 41 Celsius and it's not throttling or cutting performance. Yes if you are on a tight budget go for this it's really good overall.
Side note a lot of people hate the back of the phone I find it quite nice it's anti-fingertips and more durable than glass or any other materials. (personal opinion)

Hi
I have the E990 exynos version and i recently received the one ui 4.0 update ... battery life improved ..
I am now getting between 5 and 6 hours SOT on 120hz RR . I think you need to tweak your phone settings to get the best out of it like disabling location services when not needed and enabling dark mode and letting your phone put apps you rarely use to deep sleep .
Or use bixby routines ... it works like a charm

When I use it in my car, with android auto and maybe a conference call using teams or meet, it overheats and shuts down the calls until it's cool again. Battery life is also really bad specially with meetings, sometimes I have to charge it again at noon after a 3 hour meeting (not using camera). 85% Battery drain from 7.30am until noon, that's pretty bad.

This battery life on this chipset is too low and Samsung does not care.
You can try service center, but I think they will not repair it.
With my Xiaomi note 8 pro I have 8hours with same battery
