Anonymous, 16 Feb 2022So I've been using the small Galaxy S22 since Thursday... morei think it is too early to comment on battery life as phone takes few days to learn your usage pattern and optimize apps basd on our usage.
oneui also puts many apps to sleep and deep sleep which we don't use often
generally, i noticed Samsung phones tend to give less battery life for almost a week or two, they also get warm more frequently during this time, then they work great :)

Even with 2.5 hours of wireless Android Auto use, 2.5 hours of screen time, several hours of Bluetooth music listening, plus connected by BT to my galaxy watch active or my Galaxy fit 2, and on 5G most of the day, and I still make it all day with my S21. 13 hours later, after my battery starts at 100%, and I'm around a 30% battery level. For my 13 month old S21.
So I hope there are not battery issues with my S22. Because if I can't easily go all day with my S22, like I can with my S21, I will have issues. That means I would need to start putting it on a wireless charger at some point during the day. Which would suck.

Anonymous, 16 Feb 2022As much i love compact phones i can t go back to a downgrad... moreWhy is it slow with 8GB of RAM? My S21 with 8GB of RAM on Android 12 is just as fast as it was on Android 11. I expect my S22 to be even faster. Since it has a faster SoC.

As much i love compact phones i can t go back to a downgraded display. And it also has only 8gb ram. What are they thiking ? My old phone has 8gb ram and with android 12 it is very slow.
Only people who want to flex will buy S22 or S21. Less features big prices.
