Mine always has the second text column from the left blurry. I don't understand how this is acceptable to some at this pricepoint. Samsung servise center tells you to take pictures from farther away and to buzz off.

Even if there are many ways to back up data, it is still nice to have the choice of simplicity by using a memory card. Many people never do selfies, so should we remove the front camera in every phone ?

The phone plus everything on the sd card that I had in the phone. Thank god everything was backed up onto the cloud, otherwise all my prized stuff would have been lost.

When my last phone died, i had to change the mother board, and everything in it was deleted...I was so happy my prized pictures and videos were on the SD card so i got them back in a second ! Try doing that on a phone without memory card...

This phone is first Samsung I have used in years. My last Samsung phone was a Note 8. I got a slight discount on it because it was a week before the Note 9 release. I am still kicking my self for not waiting for the newer phone. The Note 8 was a great phone. The curved screen was scary for me. I didn't like using the stylus with a glass protector. There were times I would take of the protector and buy another one. I like that my new phone doesn't have a curved screen. I rarely use my camera so it not a problem if there something wrong with it with a certain type of shot. I hope the port doesn't get loose like in did on my old Note 8. That was the biggest reason I end up upgrading my phone.

Before buying I considered this apprehension and so decided in favour S23+ instead of Ultra.

But the blurry patches in banana shape in the middle of the picture is a lens defect and not acceptable...wait and see if that will be fixed in S24. So for now, no S23 or S23 plus for me.
