I tried an HTC phone and after a few months of using it hangs like hell. Sold it and got my S5 now. Smooth and no problem at all since I bought it.

Dear s5 users Does the phone lag while scrolling through contacts list as does s4? How much time does the phone take to open the camera? My s4 takes 7 to 10 seconds. Does the phone havd 4G? Please answer.

Got my S5 under an LTE plan 3 weeks ago from a local telecom company here in the Ph., but then after less than a week of using it, I noticed the screen has uneven brightness. The right side is a little darker than that of its left side, top to bottom. You won't notice it if you will not inspect it closely. I brought it to the Samsung service center 2 days ago, and will get it in 5 days. They said my S5 is the 2nd S5 to be brought to the center, but they did not mention what the 1st S5's problem.
It's just so disappointing and to think it's a Flagship phone from one of the top mobile device manufacturers. They just focus on profiting and mass producing these devices and in turn quality is sometimes being sacrificed. I hope they have better quality control before releasing their devices.
By the way I'm a 1st time Samsung user coming from an HTC device. I am not really a fan of Samsung since they have a reputation of releasing defective flagship devices even before. I never had an issue with my HTC One S from the day I bought it up to now.

With so many engineers, money and experience, it is amazing Samsung did not come with something better for its flagship...Time to wake up for Samsung, LG and all the chinese companies are coming...Waiting for release of G3 for my next phone.

In 37.5 k I yes a great deal. ...
When competitors are not below 45k mark.
But such a price drop not a good thing. ....

It's been a month that I have this phone. Excellent camera! Best UI! Excellent battery life and capacity to extend it more with power saving mode and a lot more with ultra power saving mode. I like the design, faux leather back is nice to touch and gives a very good grip. You surely won't be deceived! Buy and enjoy
