Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 production to double that of the Z Flip4

Samsung is gearing up to launch its next generation of foldables in late July which leaves us with a full two months of rumors and speculations to go ahead. The latest prediction comes from Ross Young who shared some early estimations on the Z Flip5’s production numbers – claiming they will be double that of the Z Flip4 from last year.

Last year’s Galaxy Z Flip4 was more sought after than its predecessor but we’ll have to wait and see if the momentum holds up for the Z Flip5. The upcoming clamshell foldable from Samsung is expected to offer a larger cover screen, improved hinge mechanism with a less prominent screen crease, new camera sensors and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset for Galaxy.

Same, can't stand having only two lens in 2023 and a small battery on top of that, I traded on my flip4 because of that, among other reasons.

I expect the flip 5 to sell better than the 4. This is the more popular foldable form factor and unlike book foldables, other manufacturers do not have the same hardware advantage on the flip side. Redditors don't seem to be happy about ...
