Jeff, 04 Aug 2008My Problem is sometimes need a phone that I quicky access d... moreI was like you, I always had two phones, big PDA like the Kaiser and something along the lines of a Samsung I640/I620, couldnt really just get along without Windows Mobile - just needed a phone and a PDA.
But after a while I got sick of carrying them both around and have been looking for the best of both worlds since, the closest I got was the Samsung I780 but it was just too big, not as bad as the TyTn II but big.
Anyway, I got my E71 delivered today and I've got to say its awesome, I definately made the right choice, I cant believe how thin and small this thing is for whats in it.
Its a great phone and I think, as you recommended, I am going to just stick with the Nokia E71 and pass on the Omnia for now.

the offer with free xbox 360 in itally was untill 31 jully so .... i lost it...argh

Samsung Omnia in Singapore cost me bout 1K singapore dollar. However, I still struggle to use the wi-fi at home because its keep showing connecting and not even connected.. i have set both setup to connect to My work Network. Do I have to set on my router too?
Is there anyone out there can use wi-fi at home..

Guys if u really want to buy it why don t u check on ebay italy there are many brand new on sale. Here it is two weeks has been released price around 500 euro. Btw how is signal x this phone and how easy is to use the keyboard?

After the usual long wait and denial that the phone exists O2 UK have just told me they have no date, no plans for the phone.

WHEN it will available in Indonesia? YOU saind it will available in Asia for July, now already August, and ......
we can't wait too long, maybe HTC diamond is better, instead of waiting without any resutl t like this...

Another annoying fact is that the N96 was announced after the I900 and Vodafone have that shoe horn on there site coming soon info but not the omnia, WTF vodafone get it together.

This is getting silly now, i have read that its now up to 2 months to get the omnia in uk, when we were told it would be mid august. i have to say im getting pretty hacked off with this, if they dont get it out soon i/most people will have given up and bought a phone thats just not as good, shame the makers/networks dont seem to give a toss what there customers want anymore, noone used to have to waste time like this getting a new phone before.

It sees like for me phones like Omnia, HTC, or IPHON can not do that for me. IPHONE i owen one but hardly use do to the sound not good while talking as Nokia is during phone calls. So, most times I am using my IPOD Touch to the the things I need instead. I had many PDA phones such as O2, HTC towice including diamond. Diamond was kind of small for my fingure tip and fast response even though was sexy looking phone and it was easy to hold in hand and almost access everything. sharp screen but some how did not made me happy what i need as phone and PDA. I been waiting for E66 long time about last 10 months which I knew must of be great phone since I owen E51 and I am very happy with. But looking for change to have slider.
Now E66 and E71 menue has kind change and even make it more user friendly. As I like to owen PDA phone and been looking at Omnia. I can not keep two PDA phone Diamond and Omnia. So, I had to make a choice and decided to go with Omnia. bigger screen, faster respond on screen touch, longer battery life, standard audio jack, 16GB, and so on. So, if you looking for more of phone and business type phone then E71 is better choice and you can also down laod a program on internet to Eddit your Microsoft docoments too as PDA phone do. But I like to Owen both so I do have the E66, Omnia, IPHONE, G900 Sony. if you need one then keep the E71 or need two phoen then I go with E71 and Omnia.

i've got w810. then The SE P1i(@ present). This phone looks good. if u have budget for this one, then grab it!!! but u have to take risks for slider phones as if they r or easily broken just like the N7650. E71 screen so small but it's GPRS is fast.

omnia user, 04 Aug 2008using the omnia, so far so good..one question thou..when it... morejust look at the on/of button located at the top of the phone. During charging, the color is red. when full charge, the color change to green. hope it helps... ;-)

can anyone tell me how to register with divx with the given registration number? i went to vod.divx.com and made a user account but i cannot access the mobile divx download as it says i have no access! any other free software that i can use to convert avi files into something readable on my omnia? please help!
