Hello Wavers,
After 25 months of usage I found that that Samsung does not care about its customers other than Galaxy S series, I am running away from this useless BADA os , My phone is still a beautiful piece of Shit without any scratches and a gorgeous S Amoled Display.
One more thing guys, dont dare to call a wave as a smartphone, its not and it will never be.
I have bought a ZOPO ZP100 ICS phone and i am enjoying it.
Bye Bye wavers

Better audio quality than my SGS2 T989(T-mobile). And every thing is good for a 2010 phone especially its hardware. Bada is still good for me but Andriod is much better.
Also battery durability is more superior to most of the smartphones. Still I have to use this as my multimedia needs.

I lost everything in the phone after upgrading to bad 2.0 ...
Only good things in bada 2.0 is that you can take picture by touching the screen (no more blurry picture using the hard key) and the touch focus for video...
No more folders for messaging, and phone is slower. But still OK to use.
I gave it to my lady friend and just got a white GS2 for myself. Android is really good.

PBR123, 30 Aug 2012From long time I have been postponing upgrade of my BADA fi... moreHi
If you want to upgrade your phone to BADA 2.0 then you will lose all your data and app. However you can backup your data like contacts, SMS, Songs etc. but there is no option to backup apps. so you will loose these apps.
But at the same time your apps. will be there in your samsung account so you can reinstall all these app.
My advise to you is first backup all your data and then login to your samsung account through kies and verify your that your all apps are there in your account or not and then upgrade your phone.
For any help you can ask me any question regarding upgrade to BADA 2.0

From long time I have been postponing upgrade of my BADA firmware and moving from 1.0 to other higher versions for the fear of losing the stuff of my mobile. I dont want to loose any of my current data, apps (Specially the password storing apps), I dont want to loose my stored SMS and Phone contacts. Can any one please guide me and let me know when I upgrade do I loose all the stuff on my mobile and I need to start from the begining?
Second please let me know, does Skype work on any of the upgraded versions on Wave 8500?
Thanks in advance..
