The galaxy in a few countries have digital TV. The OS of each is different. The Galay, because it is Android, has more applications. I believe, and would like the user comments on this, that Nokia devices have more durability than the Samsung. Hope this helps in your choice.

Wavers! Please, I am finding it difficult to make a decision on which phone to buy. Please help me with one coz I want a nice piece of device that does a lot in my day to day activity which will let me forget about my pc or laptop. My choices are wave, galaxy and Nokia N900. hoping to hear from you guys. thanx

I have the original wave running bada 1.2 and it has made so many improvements. T9 trace (swype) input really rocks. The browser has improved and the general touch is a lot smoother. The ram management has improved as I can run heavy graphic games together (asphalt & Bruce Lee) and no more "out of ram messages" so far. The Multitasking is improved switching between programs and apps seems pretty seamless. The camera pics seem a little more sharp when viewed on computer. I think Samsung are slowly improving the Bada OS and for an OS so young it shows great promise I just hope Samsung support the awesome hardware in these phones but so far it looks like they are slowly improving the users experience with there first update, may it last for a long time.

Hey Guyz,
I cn nt upgrade the firmware of my wave...
whenever i connect to kies it says firmware upgrade available click here to proceed but when i click it shows what is upgrade available but when i press upgrade it says "Firmware upgrade cn nt proceed. Firmware upgrade will close."
"MSC.Thunder.FirmwareUpdate has stopped working." this comes at the end...
Plz help me out anyone..

to all n8 supporters,please dont compare my beautiful wave with u r crappy n8.because every wave user will have no 2nd thought to sell his mobile for next 2years unlike u.because u all n8users are going to sell ur phones by 6 months from now.

its a false news written here in gsmarena by samsung hatters that samsung has discontinued wave gt-s8500 due to shortage of amoled screens.
for your kind informations i want to tell you all that samsung is the only one and first manufacturing company who discover and invent more in screens for example lcd, led and now in future as transparent screens.
samsung is only the company who manufacture and supply lcd and led screens to rest of the reputated mobile companies like nokia, sony, lg, black berry, motorola, htc etc etc etc.
so please not belive in wrong and false news anymore.
