Experia NEO-V is really a good alternative to this phone.. Stop voting high points to this phone wavers, enough is enough, let us show samsung that we're not happy...... BADA OS REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!

secondly,just try to use the phone by removing your memory card , if the phone works faster then its the fault of the memory card ,otherwise not.

I have this phone for about 18 months, and it was great when launched. But now i am fed up. Video recording sound in loud place is terrible, and most pictures are blurry. Most games are not free, and you have to use Kies to install mostly crappy apps. Time to move to Android. Love Samsung but SE Arc S is cheap and seems great...you can get free super games apk everywhere on the net ! Or maybe Galaxy W.
Wave 1 was the best in its time, super phone really.

to get apps for free in bada, it s very different compared to the likes of android which is .apk, ios which is .ipa and symbian which is .sis
to get apps in bada you must learn how to "wave spoof"

basically we dont get any raw file like android ios and symbian

what we get is a .rar file and part of wavespoofinjg is extracting that file in your computer then using 7zip to archive those extracted file then using a program on the comp called "appslist" to install via kies hehe the youtube video by neohack is very complete in how to wavespoof

So. Since many apps are free now.
Can we expect the 2.0-update shortly or is it time to let struggling Bada go and get Android like the rest of the human rase. I mean, IceCreamSandwitch is bound to be good. And here I have waited for a year for something to happen OS-wise with my Wave. pooh.
I´ll give it a couple of weeks then I move forward and wont look back.
I need it badly since my Wave often restarts with Bada 1.2.
Well... we´ll se.

BTW i'm never more than 2 meters away 4m my router at a given time. Nd i use m on 2MBps plan. My service provider installed the router. Its working fine on my PC nd my bro's N86. Its just that my fone's nt catching up d speed. :-(
I cannot format my fone bcoz most of my older softwares r on fone memory. Nd moreover since BADA is based on LINUX so viruses are a rare possibility into fone memory though MMC can be affected. Nyway i'll think abt it as a last option.
What abt the camera prblm? Can u or sum1else facing similar prblm of camera key not working!

Overall performance wise, I think wave1 is clearly better than wave3 as per GSMArena reviews....
At least I know I don't need to change my wave1 as of the moment.......

That means someth... morehaha cant compare the 3G speed in korea to the rest of the world...most of the users seems dont understand and they push all the blame to the phones. the carriers are the culprit actually. phones that have 14.4 or higher doesnt make sense because your local network cant go even near 2.0
happy waiting for wave I & II users...i think bada 2.0 will only come near 2013, i guess...

I think over time, the camera key gets a bit too sensitive
mine seems to require a really gentle push to focus then a quick long press after the focus box turns green otherwise my camera tries to focus yet again....
perhaps this is common amongst wave phones camera key...
angyhow I hope bada 2.0 lets us use the touch screen to take pictures ala iphone 4 style, and still be able to use the camera key if we wanted to at the same time ^_^
