Hi guys,as i was reporting about the battery test of my device(wave) yesterday i.e 19th on 11:15am ihave started playing music through head phones continuosly after it is fully charged.the music on my wave kept on playing contiuosly till today morning 11:46am then stopped playing.and got low battery signal battery icon blinking.checked the battery its still 10% but unable to play music.So for me my waves battery is perfect.And as I was on 3g there is no constant signal at my place it keeps on changing 3/2/4/like that the rest of 11 n 1/2 hours was eaten by network.Conclusion:If i conduct the same test on 2g with same signal strength wave should able to play another 6 hours more as compared to 3g.because 3g consumes double the power than 2g.If I play it in flightmodeIt definetly gives 36 hours of continous music play.

David Harris, 20 Aug 2010i have had 4 of these handsets on 02, everytime the same th... moreyou can't even make this phone work? you are bl00dy id10t! it's been 3 months with various kind of FWs and never been that bad. It's more stable than any phone out there.

i have had 4 of these handsets on 02, everytime the same thing! after a few days, it says this when opening SMS messages "not enough memory, unable to launch application" i have reset the phone 6 times and it keeps doing it intermittently, well done Samsung, another pile of junk, when i phoned Samsung UK head office, they arent interested in my problem and couldnt care less, great service Samsung, it goes back and i`ll get something else that works!

hi guys. i just got my wave yesterday. can someone please help me with mobile ap? ive done the things that was said in this forum (tethering on, packet data on, internet profile.) the mobile ap wont turn on because it says "unable to use packet data". can please someone help me? im from the philippines btw

(As far as i know). There is an app though, in the appstore, 2 actually. My mirror and Smirror that allow you to use the front camera to see yourself. You can take a screenshot via that.

I am planning to buy this gadget. Is it really wo... moreMatiulla. There has been plenty of talk here about how this phone fares when compared to some others. What basically makes a phone "worth it" for you depends highly on your needs and preferences.
I find it to be perfect for me. I was mainly inclined towards entertainment when I bought this and I have been very pleasantly surprised by the plethora of features it offers.
It replaced my Ipod, It produces good still shots for a 5mp camera, I tested the video capture on this wednesday when I went to an amusement park and it is magnificent to say the least.
The video playback is out of this world and plays anything you throw at it.
The build quality *sigh*. Just hold it once and tell me if you dont fall in love

Have you conditioned the battery?how are you able to get such amazing music play time from your wave?My battery hardly survives for a day with moderate usage

Had this phone for a month. What a pleasure. Previous phone a Samsung Omnia. The Wave is far more superior to the Omnia in almost every aspect. Speed, ease of use, touch screen, battery life, LCD quality, Camera. I think it is one of the best phones ever made by Samsung. So do yourself a favour and buy this phone. You wont be disappointed.

I find the GPS to be very good. (Search this thread on how to use it, Search "Route 66" from the search bar).
And yes. It does have the manual access point. :)
