well negative comments because there are always two sides of a coin

earlier people were amazed by the sleekness and awesomeness of this device , but all that comes at a price to achieve something better in one direction you have to make some sacrifices in other , like in my case the display broke from a mere two feet fall . the reason being it is made up of glass which is not very much shatter proof than plastic , it sure looks and feels good to hold but is definitely less durable than a plastic display
further more to enhance the user experience the OS has been optimized on quite a few levels which makes it less usefull than a full fledged smart phone , its more like a feature phone with more functions

conclusion < I am paying a lot to get the display replaced because the new technology samsung is using makes the oled screen to be imbedded with the touch interface keeping a thin profile , also i have to sacrifice quite a few functional aspects of a full fledged smart phone like running native im services and email clients in background >

Where are you chinaman. I hail you. Your given Kies version finally did the job. Now I am using JF2, oh wat a relief. One more thing I will add, before upgrading you might set your connection to USB Debugging mode instead of Kies.
                Anyway,Thank you again Chinaman.
                Regards.

Hi Guys, those who are experiencing battery draining fast try this for few cycles as I have read some where people suggested this.
when the battery is almost drained out switch off the phone by using the right side button.
Now charge your phone to full charge
                                      Try using it now.

Not sure if it will work or not.But it is worth trying.

Hi Everyone, was wondering if any of you have updated your firmware to the latest one.

                                        A few questions:
                                        1. Does it clear out your memory?
                                        2. How do you actually do it, i know you go to kies but does kies do everything automatically for you?
                                        3. Does it improve battery life?

                                        Thanks for the help
