Third pro-reviewer:
˝To be blunt, the Xperia X1 isn't quite up to snuff with the top smartphones in the market from an overall standpoint. Whether you're talking about its $800 price tag, stylus-based resistive touchscreen or 3.2 MP camera, this is a phone that would have fared better amongst early adopters a year or two ago.˝˝
I have seen 4 review including the one a fanatic pushed here. Others are all disappointed with the X1.

Another pro-reviewer:
˝The cons here are its annoying slowness and the fact that Sony Ericsson in some cases have taken the easy route with the existing Windows features instead of implementing its own, superior ones for the platform.˝

I do not need youtube or any other stup..d - I have used the X1 - I experienced myself the slowness, the wifi drop outs etc.
See below - another customer complains about poor reception, etc.
While, we just tell the problems these hired fanatics keep telling how fantastic the X1. The same fanatics who loved the G900, W890, etc. all short lived junks.
Hikaru will be out soon.
X1 is history - outdated, brick.
SE copied the 15-year old Psion design.

This was written by a known pro-reviewer:
˝The most disappointing about X1 is its speed. The handset is slow, it’s very slow. We have to wait a couple of seconds for the programs to launch, screen switches aren’t fast either,.....˝

Dozens of use... moreyah, what ever you say dude.
The true is, thar xperia more faster than any device for this year.
You can check in youtube, the comparison between touch pro and xperia.
I have also seen the comparison, and still xperia, more faster. That is the fact.

Having it on my 10th day, good build quality, nice keyboard.
Not so happy with panel, installed touchflo 3D instead. I was then quite happy with the phone.
But the more calls I made, the more unhappy I am with the reception. It's dropping too many calls and sometimes unable to make one.
general impression, the reception is worse than the HTC diamond and N95 i had.
Engadget noticed the problem in their review. There is also a post on the xda x1 forum about it(not by me, lol)

Nobody should be even considering any negative remarks by any of those "anonymouse" losers who never had the luxury to even look at the real Xperia and now are giving reviews like they had it and it gave them so much problems that they returned it. Most of these are basically Nokia 3310 or 1100 poor users who don't even know what a good mobile means...LOL
To all SE Lovers...just don't listen to these contineus rants about Xperia being outdated or buggy or battery time not good or anything like that, most of these posts if you observe has the same pattern which is ...loads of bulls*it and NO facts.
Xperia is one of the best mobile to hit market and those who neither have the money to buy it nor has the ability to understand the basics of an WM device are posting crap about this set.
And add those who are literally pulling thier hairs off with frustration since thier "favourite" brand has completely failed to produce a set which can match Xperia in style and functionality...and with that ugly brick called N96 failing so badly...yeah all those loyal fans in thier desperation only can do what they always do, that is ...LIE
Xperia is neither buggy nor outdated, for any person who has a working brain and ability to understand new things, new concepts..its a perfect device. But its so sad that many people in this world have the brain of the size of a peanut and they can't accept that some other brand can produce an equally or better device than their "beloved" brand. Its pathetic if you ask me but thats how it is and we will have to bear those losers wether we want it or not. So just don't listen to those pathetic remarks by people who have never even seen a real Xperia with their own eyes and are trying to be an expert on this sssue.
Xperia is BRILLIANT!!!!

Hi All ,
65K colors for the large LCD? that for a $$$?
why they didn't make it 16m?
I seen this issue with all new Windows Phones
maybe then it will need a graphical card like PCs.
also it is the only one with 800x480 pixels screen
best seen so far.
also why the camera 3.2 without Xenon Flash
and why SE Zoom is 3x only?
Nokia beaten this with upto 20x long time ago
beside the above
this phone is best ever phone I ever seen

ian, 19 Nov 2008That'is prove, that you just big lie, a.k.a bull sh#t.
h... moreX1 has more speed than any device? :))))))
Dozens of users complain about buggy software and slowness.
A business student or recent graduate who knows what purpose can not tell me that the X1 is the fastest phone ever. Thai is a joke!
CPU performance do not cover real time application speed. See Windows x.x, XP, Vista etc. with the same CPU.
I tell you all - do not trust anybody but your own experience. Go and try the X1 for a few days with good return policy.
You will see or you will wait alot.
