When the n95 first appeared on the scene it was woeful i know because i owned one.It was very buggy,random restarts happened 3-4 times a day it was also really sluggish.Over time nokia released better firmware and the n95 became a usable good phone.I see a similar scenario.Xperia isn't quite as bad as early n95's but it's not yet perfect

i upgraded ROM and it is very fast now.

hey guys....if you r looking to find the xperia in dubai, then it is available in Sharaf DG, it is for 3500dhs. At the moment they just have it in silver. Looking at all the pictures and videos over the internet, i thought this fone would b as large as it appears to be, but its reele small!After 5 mins of fiddling with it, i figured it to have a flat keyboard, with the spacebar not as accurate as i would like it to be. The screen is lush but everythin appears to b small, therefore tapping on the screen with my fingers was not as great an experience i was hoping it would be, but i guess long nails would b really useful!
HTC Touch HD is also in the same store which costs 3600dhs!
Hope gsmarena puts up a comaprison to guide as to which one is the better choice for people like me who are confused!
Or before that, individual reviews of each device would be more appreciated!

yeah i got xperia 3wks ago cost 800 bucks what a pissy fone crap signal crap os crap keybord crap 65k screen crap build crap games crap apps n that frm now on im jst buyin fones from proper manufactorers

the sad thing is that i spent 1000 usd for this jonk phone the only new thing or different is the name XPERIA my advice is DONT get this mobile who am i ? only a persen who knows about mobiles trust me is a wast of money
