After looking round web & taking into account all specs nothing else beats this....With top battery life,, walkman,,cybershot,,plus s/e putting in its vga video record this is wat should have been the k850i specs....Instead s/e added all the above with windows 6.1 pro,, 3inch t/screen,,mouse touchpad,,querty keypad,,auto rotate,,gps etc this is the ultimate smartfone gadget to date & other makes have till sept to beat it

HTC and SE agreed that HTC Touch Pro would get released before XPERIA X1.XPERIA could have been on the market but using HTC as the ODM has certain drawbacks

well!!!! if u ppl want perfection then it's impossibLe.. we Trust S.E and got no prob with our models. ppl sayin here it's not out yet why you rating it bla bla .. so what? we got speCs and hands on reviews .. else depends on one's luck .. so buZZ off kids .. if you want to buy it then good if not then get ur busted azz outa here .. !!

I can't wait! When I downgraded my P900 for the P990 I regreted... now is time for me to up-scale again to the best in the market, no doubts. Hope does not take too long.

I had p990i and it has been used for about 1 week in full & with updates its a nightmare to use took ages to come out and the p900i i had before it was better 100 times better...
The xperia x1 is the start of the range supposideyof x"s, if so maybe the p5"s doom was due to xperia ??? i really do not think s/e should carry on with uiq system they have never got it right yet moto are having success with rave reviews of its z10,,maybe its the touchscreen thats letting it down & which moto has disabled...
Their is something special about the x1 and cannot describe it but with the major features covered such as battery life,,big touchscreen with auto-rotate,,vga 30 fps video,,auto focus camera,,walkman,,and fully fledged smartfome and its slim it makes this a smarfone that finally just about ticks all the boxes for me personally,,lets hope it arrives earlier than expected and does what it says on the box..........

Thats how sum people have got their hands on models early in past,,but do not be fooled by sellers saying they have them for sale they often sell you a dummy model..i.e. no internal electronics jus like on display in carfone etc...I hope the x1 does not suffer same fate as crap p990i,,please pleare do not let this happen S/E

Still waiting on the SE phone worth buying. Colour details are abysmal...65K colours. Features also unimpressive for a phone which has not been released yet. Reminds me of the hype surrounding the P990...by the time the phone came out it was outdated by a few months

If you don't require the extra that winmo provides or need substantial solid applications then this device is not for you.Try the java or symbian platform for limited but easy to use mobile phones.

I think that this will be an entirely different experiance and many of you are giving the phone a bad rating because of the OS. Windows mobile lets you install programs and change the way the phone is set up. This is truly better than an iphone because the iphone's on screen key board completly sucks. If anyone has mastered it then they need a life. Also the stainless steel design will help the device to last to last longer than plastic

ponimin, 20 Jun 2008a 65k screen is bad. why not 16.7m instead? at least it sho... moreIt's a 65k screen because it's a Windows Mobile device. The screen is limited by the OS.
