You know it's not the brand of the phone whether it is SE or Nokia or Motorola or Samsung and what I'm trying to say is the quality service of the phone that is very important!!! and i think this phone will be competetive at market places nut with high price and you know great price comes with great deal so i think this phone will last long and will be competetive at market places... way to go to SE this year

Well said Ronald.WM is resourse intensive and with the WVGA screen I seriously doubt if the Xperia will rival smaller devices such as the N-series or indeed the I-phone especially in ease of use or speed, however it seems to me this unit is being pitched at and will attract existing PPC users.I doubt many N-series owners would cross the divide even if the Xperia operates at an acceptable level.

I know what your saying about the dash. Is was a good phone, but the processing power was pretty low. I knew this going into but I didnt know it took more than that to run Windows Mobile 6 properly. When I upgraded to it my phone was slow and unresponsive. And yeah the iPhones 624 MHz processor certainly helps. Yeah and your also right about the X1. Its nice and I'm sure that Apples next phone will be a great device, but I'm not going to get all crazy for XPERIA until it comes out. And if it can do for better for me than what apples phone can do then I will consider purchasing one. But I'm sure Ericcson will come out with something stellar, I just want stellar multimedia features and I dont need to be able to create and edit MS documents or a 5MP camera, all I need is a great browsing experience and some great audio and video playback capabilities, coupled with a very strong battery and youve got a winner in my book.

I think most of you don't like Win Mobile, because it's very pro & complicated & hard to use.
Win Mobile is not for kids.
                          Symbian is a dumb OS.
You can't compare Microsoft with Symb developers.
You can stick to Symbian 4ever.

Actually their is something in what that guy said Gsmarena gave the n80 a great review and I for one can safely say that phone was SLOW plus it had numerous bugs the damn thing rebooted after surfing a few content intensive webpages and why has the n82 fw upgrade made the front page? What's the big deal about geo tagging?WM pocket pc's have had that for years If you read in between the lines it's quite obvious who gsmarena favour GSMARENA EVEN HAVE A LINK TO SYMBIAN on their homepage How can they be neutral?

It took Nokia AGES to correct the N95. v10,v11,v12 firmware fell well short. ..luckily their customer base is made up of fools.

Just like the worldwide conspiracy that attempted to cheat the Christ out of the victory at Calvary; there has been an attempt to cheat Nokia of the victory it won with the N95. Who dares wins and Nokia dared to create a multimedia device that provided a reasonable standard in multiple pursuits: telephony, photography, camcording, texting, games etc. They deserve to be lauded for that. Furthermore not all units which had the initial firmware were faulty. Those that had issues were corrected with firmware upgrades which is not a bad thing. The SE X1 owes its multimedia adventure to the N95.

I hope this device works flawlessly on release otherwise websites like gsmarena will write reviews with dark undertones Why is it gsmarena and many other sites raved about the n95 with v10 firmware? The phone was as slow as a snail and had a million and one bugs granted the N95 with v20fw is good but back when the review was written it was an all together different story Nokia mafia must be Very powerful
