i need to format my micro sd, i dunno how to do it..
i googled some programs but it wont work on x2 and i dont have card reader..
the reason i want to format my memory card was because my DCIM folder keeps on deleting itself.. so that i cant save any image..

what's bothering me is that when the phone is on standby for a long time...it kinda goes into hibernation & the only way to power it back on is to remove the battery

what bothering me though is today suddenly after taking some photos, suddenly all of my pictures in the DCIM folder was deleted.. before i have around 400 photos and now its all gone.. dang!!!!
suld i re format my memory card or what? dang.. i prefer my phone without the update, no sms lagging, no crasing and no missin file.. geess..

im facing one problem with the handset X2, its giving error message i.e. "There is a problem occure with slideview.exe file". this is coming after 2 days of purchasing the mobile and because of that SMS and Outlook is not working even im not able to open it. i update the software from sony update services and then again i face same error in mobile after 2 days.
can anyone helh me, is tht the problem with the handset only or is there any other issue, plz reply me.

Quick update, I was able to fix the slow keyboard response when typing SMS. Search for 'SMS lag fix', a quick update on a file and a soft reset will do the trick.
I'm really happy now as the slow keyboard was the only thing bugging me.

The only difference from I have before and after the update is the 'my words' option in the keyboard setting. This wasn't in the phone before. I can type really fast in notes or word but slow in composing text messages. This is because the phone is trying to read what I'm writing and it auto adds unkown words to the 'my words' option.
Also noticed that the phone is more power hungry now compared to before.

in my opinion, i think it wasn't MR1. Maybe it's an update, but just to unlock the hidden feature. I haven't feel significant improvement on system stability till now.
I still found crashes. I ever cannot fill owner information with virtual keyboard twice. My voicecall ringtone is always change back to Ring01-Windowsphone
(till now i still cannot figure it out what cause that). Maybe thats why the word "Coming Soon" still there on X2 update web page.

I have my text cor... moreTo solve the problem with slowly typing, try to uninstall software Vista Hide Batery Gauge, which purpose is showing the condition of the battery. This software has only 12kb but causes problems with typing. Try to do it and let us all know if it helps and your problem has gone.

Try typing really fast when composing a text message and you'll see the slow response in your screen. Also, try sending a text message with a shortened word. For example, send the word "hehe" to a friend then go to your 'my words' setting. You'll see the word hehe added there automatically. There's no way to turn it off which might cause the slow response when typing.
