Try and change your Region to India, I faced the same problem and I changed my to India and it returned to normal high sound

Sometimes its about electricity , sometimes charges faster , somethimes slower its ok, only when you put it in boost mode , then very fast.

My 120W charger stopped charging fast and only very slow for a few times. It was quickly solved with a reboot... Hopefully if this is a software bug, they can fix it
