Korean company vs American company, on American soil with American judges.....why am I not surprised with the verdict??

I hate using Android yet I wish Android to fail one day and we have privacy on our mobiles again with a better mobile OS, yet I say to Apple instead of playing this game with Samsung, go and develop something better, enhance your OS which still can't have an animated theme or to use the hardware sources as Adnroid does. I wish I use Apple again, but every time I think of losing those powerful apps on android I change my mind.

I'd be careful about accusing the judges and juries here of discrimination with not evidence. Most judges are pretty professional. Has anyone actually delved into the details? Maybe Samsung clearly is infringing on the patent. Ever think of that?
