Only point for me to ever buy an lg phone again: HD Audio, they use that! But hey, they don't bring it to europe but release another version of the lg g6 and we dont ever see a V20/30 officially released. That's fine, but don't moan about bad sales in Europe.

IDK what to say. LG always come up with a great idea but screw that up in one way or another. They totally need an overhaul as far as their market strategy goes. Their products looks promising but always have some kinda "Achilles' heels".

The V30 will probably a thin phone. POLED uses plastic instead of thick glass. Just speculating :)

Nice on paper, but need to see final finish, v20 easily crack camera regardless military grade. G5 modular fail, g4 leather tauch not as good as motorola. LG G2 was better than S4, after that LG not shine, especially boot loop, hopefully will improve

You mention S3 because the inferiority of the AMOLED PenTile display was the most obvious in the S3. But today's Samsung AMOLED still have PenTile pixels which is worse than RGB LCD. They use PenTile to delay the burn in, which unoavoidable anyway.
Those microLEDs are regular LEDs, not OLEDs. No short lifespan organic parts in them, so they might be good.

And it's not only about blue color. All colors degrade. And OLED degrades unevenly (that's why burn in and color distortion appears, no matter what you do).

Sony has one of the most capable and advanced mobile phones in the market at the moment. I admit there design needs to be updated or upgraded a tiny bit but everything else is almost excellent. There camera(professionally) (on tripods) outclasses everthing else in the market even in low light, not to mention there 4k hdr screen. Just don't join the crowd and be talking nonsense about sony or life things in general, do a little digging by your self.

So after this update nothing were fixed, bugs become even worst. What then? One fake update. Yes, fake - there were nothing fixed and security holes stays the same. Lg promiced monthly security updates. Where are they? They lied about them. So stop spreading this weak LG pr, it has no sense.

Back in Galaxy S3 days, it looked total shit, but since then issues, dim screens and off colors have been fixed while offering many advantages over LCD. If you don't want image retention, you need to wait until microLED comes around, but on OLED it usually goes away after some usage, not like plasma. (Example: my new OLED TV had something that looked like ghosting of LCD TVs on the left side, but the next day it was already gone)
Coming from an iPhone user who thinks that his phone resolution is ok, but that apple should finally switch to OLED

LG are slooooooowwwwwwww with updates. Sony is the best when it comes to software updates even though their phones are not as capable as their rivals.
