it hasn't been a week yet. it is not iphone with its worshippers. xmass season hasn't started yet.
but i think people wait for 'WOW' phone from Nokia.
lumia is nice but people want best of the best even if they dont really need those quad cores and hundreds of apps.

I told ya.... Nokia Fans boiz.. Whenever I make coment don't just see me like one of those guys that barks like a Dog...
Nokia hasn't started failin yet... Their doom day lies ahead...
What made sony-ericsson failed they were too stubborn to change their stupid M2 memory card to a Micro SD when people were askin for it.. And laTter did when they already failed..
What made nokia failed was their stubbornes in joinin android cos of Yeye symbian..
Nokia still have fans that's why they managed to ship up to 500 thousand.. If people start realisin nokia is dead and gone they will managely ship 50 thousand of their product(DOOM TIME)
Its not only nokia... And many others.. I used to be blind nokia Fan.. Thank God I have " removed the cobwebs on my eye" now I can see clearly..
The most funniest part of this was when there was a news earlier that Brit Mag name the nonsense aluminium 800 the best phone in 2011... I was eatin when I got the news... I almost killed myself when laughin.. Could remember how the nokia fan boiz were happy... LMAO...

A time will come that nokis will be Gone.. Dead! Its obvious, its what we all know.. We use to know how nokia N95 8GB was, how the success was.. Today nokia has lost their glory..

They will only get their balance if they partner with Google for Android..
All this window or Door or Gate phone can't redeem nokias loost glory
They have to make some piece of lovely droid phones before makin couple of phones for microsoft lovers..
That's what sammy does.. We have various type of SGS2, in screen size, in colour, in carrier.. You can't tell me you couldn't find one you can die for among.. That's what we are talkin about

Nokia come for Android before makin any other Os.. Redeem your
name first and you will be great again.. Peple will love you again..

And it will be too fantastic cos the love of Nokia in combination with the love of Android... OMG nokia will Win again..

Mr Faucette analysis is a huge fail. I believe he has some stocks in Apple or Google he would like to boost.
He first speculates about the figures Nokia needs and then concludes et the launch that Nokia doesn't meet that figures based on some figures of phones ready for sale at the launch. In fact Nokia is topping Apple and Samsung with the Lumia 800 and even with the N9 on Meego in the countries where they are sold. Nokia has even problems to meet the demand.

Nokia is still No.1 mobile phone manufacturer and seller in the world, according to news posted here, on GSM Arena. Maybe it will not be in the next year anymore, but I'm sure we will see many new great phones from them in the future. Also, I'm pretty sure USA analysts are forgetting how strong Nokia brand is elsewhere in the world, especially Europe. I'm confident they will ship at least 1-1.2m phones in the quarter.

I still think they should've gone all the way with N9 at a lower more reasonable price. Nicely done...

Nokia makes the best phones if they decide to stop being stubborn and start using the Android OS integrated with some of the best parts of Symbian. A WP7 is a good idea but the money is with Android. IOS is only popular because of the iFans that think Apple is their savior and Blackberry OS just has bbm. Android is genuinely a gr8 OS. If combined with the reliability of a well built Nokia then we hv something nice. I wish my n97 mini had Android, then it would be perfect. Well along with a Capacitive touch screen :P...

If they had supported the N9 and Meego i belive Nokia would be back in the fight with the best smartphones out there a lot faster than with Windows phone OS. Every reviewer and every person that had a chance of playing with the N9 where thrilled with the new OS and body shape.
I personally think it`s the best OS out there and the best looking phone by miles. I am considering buying it but you just can`t go over the fact that it gets almost 0 support from app developers and, updates for the os will be few and not so important. In the age where the appstores are probably the thing that matters most for a lot of consumers, this is a big negative to the otherwise brilliant N9.

Sack Stephen Elop, 22 Nov 2011Everyone knew this would happen, especially Stephen Elop. N... moreNokia was stupid for hiring Elop an ex-ceo from Windows. Maybe windows wanted him to get hired, so he can bring down Symbian OS. The only thing Nokia had to do, was to modify their Symbian OS, by adding more speed to its processor like 1GHz or dual core. Nokia also did a great job with Symbian Belle OS and MeeGo OS, but Elop had a mission not to make those OS shine, well, I give it to Windows for further ending the king of cellular phones life..Nokia..I believe Nokia still have a life line, if they let go of Elop.

                              Nokia will hits the target.
Choose a wrong side where from a platform that on fire now jumped to sea as they announce in feb abandon symbian and meego. Anyway, Microsoft is rich and can pumped in money to Nokia. Who cares about the sales ?

Don't worry Nokia rabbits. Faucette only predicts apple products to sell well. This is in spite of the fact that iPhone has slipped to 3 rd in the US and is behind Samsung world-wide in smartphones. Faucette is a troll.

Even a blind man could seen this coming ... Nokia's WP7 phones fail to sell becouse they DON'T BRING ANYTHING NEW ... I mean, exept a new interface WP7 doesn't bring anything new ... Fast in menus ? iPhone had this a long time with the firt iPhone (4-5 yearg ago); Applications ? iOS and Android have much more, most of them free (even Angry Birds for WP7 isn't free)... Also, Nokia 800 Lumia doesn't bring anything new hardware based, exept an better processor....................
But the bigest problem is the price, I mean for that price I can buy an Samsung Galaxy S2 or iPhone 4/4S or another WP7 phone from samsung and still have some moneys left ... Why I would buy a WP7 phone... Even in the future when MAYBE with Windows 8 will come WP8, why pay much more now and wait when I can wait and buy an 800 Lumia when WP8 will come and a new generation of WP phones will appear ?

Who knows, maybe after this failure they will make cheapere WP Phones ...

Offtopic: They should also focus on LowEnd... S40 is very outdated ... 1GHz for what ? No multitasking, no better software, NO FU*KING DOCUMENT READER on S40 (Samsung and LG have document readers on their LowEnd phones) ...

Nokia is already dead. Elop makes sure of that on his "burning platform" memo. M$ will buy Nokia for nothing - or it will just close its doors.
It's very sad to testify the dead of this once great company.
What I can't get is: how the board let this happen?? How much are they gaining by letting Nokia die?
I bet that all of them get a LOT of M$ shares.
About the users: who cares? I thought that such things happened only in Brazil .. I think I'm wrong... Saddly.
But I'm still trying to find myself an excuse to buy an N9... It's such a great phone... :(
