The Dream OS, sound goods. Ironically a red dream to cut ties with Google and gets the freedom. I hope they are already working in the new RISC-V Kirin or whatever they'll call them.
For that reason is always really bad mix politics with technology and business. Thing tend to go worse all the time or end in corrupt things when it produce profits. Hey Google and ARM, give thanks to Trump now. Maybe you should ask for compensation as the farmers did ... Of course, Trump would only show you the middle finger ... because you are not accounting votes for re-election.

All these huawei fans believing this os will fight with google or ios haha, even the big microsoft with windows phone failed. And for your info don’t believe this os will support android apps so easily. In this case what is the fact to use android os again?

Google Android from Linux. HongMeng OS also from Linux. Huawei with money and Good engineers can surely produce excellent safe and working OS for their system. Google Android have lots of tracking software to track and 'SPY' on you on behalf of their Garment. Thats how they can track the terrorists and arrest them. Hope Huawei will not include such sw to track our movement. If 500 million phones in China start using HMOS, then I think many sw developers will surely be attracted to put theirs in Huawei Apps Store. The developers will also be thinking of the spread of HMOS to the wider users outside of China. They are business people and I am sure they dont want to be left behind.
Huawei should not go back to Google Android even if Trump beg them to. Make a clean break. Pay Good engineers to continue to improve HMOS for China and the world.
