Long story short - it's unsafe so Huawei and Google no longer allow it.

                  I love it when Americans still think they mean something technology wise. Huawei will survive, don't worry about that... It's Google that will have problems when other Chinese manufacturers switch over to Huawei's system...

                              I think the title should be you can no longer install google app with LZplay which literally means you can still install google app using other method. But of cos they would want to tell you "you can no longer install google app" which sounds more scarier lol
