Week 9 in review: Samsung Galaxy S9 and Sony Xperia XZ2 go official, MWC 2018 wraps up
MWC 2018 wrapped up with plenty of new smartphones. Samsung introduced the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ on Sunday, followed by our benchmark reports, camera comparisons, photo samples. Sony unveiled the redesigned Xperia XZ2 and the Xperia XZ2 Compact and LG went further into the AI rabbit hole with some software and hardware upgrades of the V30 flagship.
Nokia’s booth at MWC gathered a lot of interest with the four new phones - ultra-cheap Nokia 1, dual-cam Nokia 7 Plus, a stunningly beautiful Nokia 8 Sirocco and a feature phone, dubbed “banana phone” because of its yellow color - Nokia 8110 4G.
